About Me

I am of Mom of six. Originally an elementary school teacher, but now have the honor and privilege of staying home and teaching my own kids. I was blessed to have parents that supported my creative passions and enrolled me in a fine arts school growing up. During my time there, I completed a project that allowed me to use my Dad’s old film camera. My love of photography was ignited and the rest is history. When I’m not taking pictures you can find me changing diapers, braiding hair, starting dance parties, answering "why?", and dealing with unpredictable emotions.

I’ve enjoyed capturing the JOY that life brings me and my family, and I was inspired to help others capture that same JOY! My photography journey has been incredibly rewarding and full of growth. I've been fortunate to be a part of that JOY for many family and friends thus far and I would be honored to help capture the JOY of your family's season of life!

FUN NEW ADVENTURE!

My husband and I just purchased our dream home on 20 acres in Central, MN. Our dreams of a slower pace life and living more self sustaining are becoming a reality! We feel truly blessed for this next adventure and can't wait to see where it takes us. Currently photographing in the Alexandria area, but willing to travel! In addition, will be back in the Twin Cities often to see old and new clients!
